1968 Mercedes Benz 280se two door coupe, this is a very clean andoriginal car. Starting withthe exterior the car is still wearing its original "light ivory"paint which is in very good condition for being now 54 years old!The window seals have also survived very well being that the carhas always been garaged. Has all 4 original hubcaps and the whitewall tires have plenty of tread left on them. The chrome andstainless trim is also in very good condition. Moving onto into theinterior you can see the very original "cognac brown" seats andupholstery are very good shape. Seats are super comfortable forthose longer cruises and the gauge displays are nice and clear tomonitor the car. All the glass is original and in good shape alongwith the original and well preserved head liner. Mechanicallyspeaking the car has always been serviced locally and we havereceipts to prove it. The cars mechanically fuel injected inline 62.8 liter moves this beauty along nicely. The 4 speed automatictrans behind it shifts well, and with the factory all around discbrakes she comes to a stop very nicely. All in all this car is veryoriginal and would make a fantastic addition to any collection orjust an awesome weekend cruiser.
